How do I book a private driver in Langkawi?

Booking is easy — just contact us via WhatsApp, phone, email, or the enquiry form on this page. Share your travel details, and we'll provide a quotation and invoice. Your booking is confirmed once a deposit is paid.

Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?

No. You only need to pay a small deposit (RM100–RM500) to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be settled after the trip is completed.

Can I book last-minute?

Yes, last-minute bookings are accepted depending on availability. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred vehicle and driver, especially during peak seasons.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before service are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit. No-shows are treated as last-minute cancellations with no refund. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

When does my trip timing start?

Your trip time starts once the driver picks you up at your location. We provide 1 hour of free waiting time — after that, time usage will be counted toward your booking.

What happens if I use fewer hours than booked?

If you booked, for example, a 9-hour tour but only use 4 hours, the price will be recalculated based on whichever is lower — the actual hourly rate or the booked package rate. You will always be charged the more favourable amount.

Do you offer flexible timing for multi-day bookings?

Yes. For multi-day bookings, you can freely arrange your daily schedule directly with the driver — there are no strict hourly limits. It's your trip, your pace.

What areas in Langkawi do you cover?

We cover the entire island, including Kuah, Pantai Cenang, Pantai Tengah, Tanjung Rhu, Datai, and all major attractions, hotels, beaches, and hidden local spots.

Can the driver wait while we explore attractions?

Yes. Your driver will wait based on your booking duration, so you can explore places comfortably without rushing. The first hour of waiting is free.

What if my flight is delayed?

No worries — just inform us as soon as possible. We will adjust your pickup time accordingly to ensure a smooth, stress-free arrival.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash (MYR) with 0% fees, card payment with a 5% processing fee, and online payment via Stripe with a 6% processing fee. Bank transfer is also available.

When do I need to pay for attraction tickets or activities?

For activities such as cable car tickets or third-party attraction bookings, full payment is required in advance to secure your slot. These cannot be reserved without prior payment.

Do you use your own vehicles?

Yes, most of our vehicles are company-owned and fully licensed under hire & drive permits in Malaysia.

Do you outsource drivers or vehicles during busy periods?

During peak season, we may assign trusted partner drivers for standard vehicle categories to ensure availability. All partners are verified, licensed, and comply with Malaysian legal requirements.

Are your vehicles legal for passenger transport?

Yes. All vehicles used are legally registered with proper hire & drive permits and valid commercial insurance under Malaysian regulations. Passengers are covered under the basic vehicle insurance policy.

Are your drivers English-speaking?

Yes. All our drivers can communicate in basic to conversational English and are experienced in handling international tourists. Some drivers also speak Malay and Chinese.

Is your service suitable for families with young children?

Yes, we are family-friendly. Baby seats and child seats are available upon request — please inform us in advance so we can prepare the appropriate seat. Additional charges may apply.
