Booking & payment
Bookings are confirmed after successful full payment. The trip details shown in your booking confirmation and My Trip form part of your booking.
Free cancellation
You may cancel your transport booking free of charge when the cancellation request is made more than 24 hours before the confirmed pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are not eligible for a standard refund. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed manually by Weego.
Changes & amendments
Amendment requests must be made more than 12 hours before the confirmed pickup time and are subject to availability. Changes may include the pickup date, time, route or other booking details. Any price difference or additional service required may result in an additional charge.
Pickup, waiting & overtime
Please be ready at the confirmed pickup time. Complimentary waiting time is 20 minutes for Airport & Jetty Transfer bookings and 15 minutes for Hourly / Daily Driver bookings. Additional waiting or service time beyond the complimentary waiting time or booked duration may result in extra charges where applicable.
Passengers, luggage & vehicles
Please select a vehicle suitable for your passenger and luggage requirements. Luggage capacity is a practical guide and may vary with bag size. Actual vehicle models may vary within the booked category or an equivalent category where operationally necessary.
Child seat
Child seats are provided free of charge when selected during booking, subject to availability and the quantity shown in your booking.
Included service
Transport includes a local driver, fuel, parking fees, door-to-door service and unlimited mileage within the booked service and service area. Additional time, unplanned services or requests outside the booked service may be charged separately where applicable.
